When I think of Venice, the picture that comes to mind is a gondola and a gondolier singing Volarè while he tours us around the canals. It’s always been on my bucket list of things to do and I finally did last April! :) I had the biggest smile on my face as we boarded one! We saw the house where the original playboy, Cassanova grew up, the terrace where Marco Polo dreamt and places where a whole lot of other dead people we don’t know used to live! lol While it’s very VERY overpriced (120 Euros for an hour tour), it was still worth doing at least once in your life. I mean, why visit Venice without experiencing this right? :P Just make sure you take a million pictures while on it so you’ll have more than memories with you ;)
Sad to say that I only have one last blogpost after this one :( It’s been over 2 weeks since our trip but it’s only officially over for me when I’m done blogging about it! Now that I’m almost done, can I do a rewind?
